Adults’ classes are a mix of men and women and are no different in training expectations as any of the other Pankration courses. Attention always given to Realism, students can also train for any of the amateur tournaments in amateur Pankration/MMA, or train for professional MMA events. Classes are focussed on overall conditioning/strength and stamina while mastering combative skills geared to make the student comfortable from a standing to a ground position. Always centering on REALITY and real life scenarios, students are trained to recognize a potentially violent confrontation with skills to negotiate appropriately with confidence and safety to self.
